White Merino Batting

White Wool for adding Life to Needle Felted Dolls

Short-fibered merino batting is a type of wool you don't see every day and we only carry it in one color - Bright White. If your goal is to make your needle felted creations sparkle with life, this is the wool you need.

You will see touches of it in all of my Felt Alive characters. Perfect for teeth, eyes and an absolute essential for all Felt Alive Video Workshops.

What Do You Use to Make Eyes and Teeth?
The answer is easy... Short-fibered merino batting.

This batting is the best wool I've been able to find find for pearly white teeth and sparkling eyes in my needle felted dolls. If you need a bright white wool to make your needle felted creations sparkle with life, this is the wool to use.

You will find Bright White Merino Wool in all Felt Alive DVD Workshops with Kits!

Supplies are limited - Max quantity per purchase is 5

.2 oz sounds like a tiny amount but it's enough for hundreds of needle felted eyes and teeth.

NOTE About White Wool

This is bright white but not pure white - it's a natural wool product and the shade of white can vary from batch to batch.

About Kay

Kay Petal picked up her first felting needle in 1997. Without any background in art, the craft of needle felting wool led Kay to discover a talent for 3d caricature art. Her celebrity caricature dolls have been seen on The Conan O'Brien Show and several magazines.

Having produced five full-length DVD workshops Kay has students all over the world, many of whom have gone on to become professional needle felt artists. She also designed and manufactures specialized, color-coded felting needles that she calls Super-Duper.

Kay is a lifelong Alaskan but most recently can be found working in her studio in the tiny town of O'Brien in southern Oregon. Visit www.feltalive.com to learn more.
